The principals of SAS Investors have broad experience in the M&A market in the real estate sector in Japan.

SAS Investors private equity activity focuses on opportunities in which the firm applies its expertise in corporate restructuring and recapitalization to enhance the value and performance of both public and private companies.

Through SAS’ extensive menu of services, we target real estate subsidiaries of corporates where SAS Investors not only provide capital to monetize the assets, but we also can assist with employee-related restructuring issues.

SAS Investors also works with private equity firms throughout their investment process. We can acquire and leaseback the real estate at the time of the acquisition to facility the transaction. We also monetize the real estate assets during the holding period, or at disposition to help the buyer finance the deal.

The merchant banking model provides SAS Investors with a clear advantage by allowing us to work with various PE firms without any conflicts of interest and utilize the most appropriate capital partner.
