Logistics Development & Repositioning

Logistics development and repositioning is a core strategy of SAS Investors. Whilst some of the opportunities are driven by Strategic Asset Solutions’ access to corporates selling unutilized real estate, other deals come through SAS Investors extensive sourcing capabilities in the market.

Whilst SAS Investors has been involved in large-scale logistics developments, our focus is on mid-sized and smaller infill distribution facilities in major markets.

Developments are on a stand-alone basis, through joint ventures with the seller, or with another developer depending upon the situation.

SAS Investors also targets assets that can be repositioned through renovation and retenanting. One of our core competencies is our ability to maximize the value of any asset through a multidisciplinary approach.

Japan Multifamily

Japan’s continued urbanization, decreasing household sizes,  and high propensity to rent in its largest cities  underpin consistently high occupancies and low rent volatility, making multifamily residential one of Japan’s most resilient asset classes.

The Managing Partners of Capbridge Investors are some of the most experienced professionals in Japan’s multifamily residential market, having acquired or developed over 8,000 units in Japan’s major cities.
